Solved but still strange
I done it manualy by padding to the url ---> &PHPSESSID=<? echo session_id();
?>
the strange thing is that echo SID; nor echo $SID; work.
my ./configure
./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-xml
--enable-track-vars
