I'm having problems reading iptc_info() from files
it happens to all files .. tried several jpegs, as well as tiffs eo.
this is one of those files: http://www.v2.nl/~pike/php/tests/iptc.jpg
also tried this on two different servers, both php4,
here's a test for the file mentioned above, with the code added in <XMP>

as you can see, there's a lot of app13 info in the file,
but it's recognized as a string, not an array
any ideas ?
