At a wild guess try
bookpage.php3?bookTitle=sddfsf&author=aaa+aaa&rating=0&price=500&book_id=3
and see what happens, it could have something to do with the .00&book_id=3
BUT I doubt this very much... (What platform, webserver and version of PHP?)
