No it is a bug with Internet Explorer. See my response to your earlier post
titled "[PHP] bug in IE 5.0 with cookie" for the full explanation. The short
answer is when you set time in a cookie you have to also set the path.
Netscape works without setting the path but IE doesnt.
Dont do this:
setcookie ("cookie_name", "value", time()+3600);
Do this:
setcookie ("cookie_name", "value", time()+3600 , "/");
Solves your problem.
