HI,
The IE has a bug with the command setcookie, If the machine that
is running IE has a date before 31 Dec 1999 the setcookie is work
Example
Date machine < 31 Dec 1999
setcookie("test","test",time()+5000); //In this case case the cookie is
sent correctly
But
Date machine > 01 Jan 2000
setcookie("test","test",time()+5000): //The cookie don't work
setcookie("test","test"); //In this case the cookie work correctly but
never expire
