Is there a preformance improvement from using auto append/prepend files
rather than include/require within a file? I guess I am asking whether
they are cached or not. The docs seem to indicate they are not when it
says:
"Specifies the name of a file that is automatically
parsed before the main file. The file is included
as if it was called with the include() function"
