You can use database engine as backend to store all the news. I use the
following table, in my project, to handle the news:
category_id
news_id
title
date_submitted
sender_name
sender_email
abstract
contents
and this category table,
category_id
category_name
It is faster than you use flat text, especialy if user want to search the news
or personalized what news he/she want to see everytime access to the page!
Happy Thinking :-)
