Hi,
PHP runs on the server side and as you want to open and control the window
on the client side, there's no way to do it except using client-side tools
such as JavaScript.

Subject: [PHP] Opening new browserwindow
This is a question from a PHP-beginner:
Is it possible with PHP to open a new browser-window, without the use of
Java script?
I know how to do this in Javascript (window.open-method). But how do I
do this with PHP, and, if possible, how do I control the new
browserwindow (window-size, status yes/no, etc.)?
