Yes, that's right, but the point that Pavel was making is that the opening
of the browser window happens at the client and thus PHP (which happens at
the server) can have no part in it. He suggested JavaScript and you have
pointed out that simple HTML will work but in both cases it is the client
that opens the new window. The original question was about how to open a new
window with PHP, which is a fundamentally mistaken question.
