I updated it as you said and I find the same result:
http://216.235.251.8/login.phtml
I did submit it several times and after, I think, the 5th time it actually
took hold and was working. But then again, I went into the properties of my
netscape and I told it to warn me when a cookie is being set. Then
immediately after that the session stayed the same throughout each post.
I reset it back... then I posted again and it prompted me to set a cookie, I
accepted it. then the SID was populated. So, the cookie IS being set yet the
SID macro is being set also, as you can see in this example. Unless it
doesn't do it on your browser.

I've read the docs 1,000 times, it is not working for me. I don't use the
SID macro anywhere, I merely echo it to the screen for debugging purposes.
