PHP isn't directly involved. You'll need to use either JavaScript or TARGET
in your links. One approach would be to have your login form actually submit
to the topmost frameset (TARGET="_top") instead of the frame it's in. That
script could check the login credentials and generate two different
framesets depending on whether the user is logged in.
