That's exactly what I *don't* want to do.
Since I'm trying to build a binary, portable PHP
package, I'm trying to figure out the path that
php.ini will just be found on when referring to
"current working directory". It's "current working
directory" that is not exactly clear to me.
I want people to be able to install this wherever
they want, most likely under apache/php.
apache/php will contain the bin/ the DB/ and the
php.ini the way that the win32 binary install works.
Unfortunately, when I put php.ini in that directory
or in htdocs/ or in apache/libexec, it isn't found.
So where is the "current working directory" that
the comments at the top of php.ini is referring to?
