It looks like you are not connecting. Since the point of
ociinternaldebug() is presumably to allow PHP to get detailed error
messages from Oracle, it's only going to work if there's a connection in
the first place... Sort of a chicken and egg problem: Until you have a
connection, OCI can't tell PHP what went wrong.
