AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5 is used to encode data in Oracle8. The PHP
program can display Chinese character using mysql, however, that's not the
case when using Oracle8. The problem occurs in obtaining raw data from
database.
Does it required any more setting if Oracle8 is used?
Thanks a lot.
