Yuki, Sorry, can't help you with Oracle. Your problem is not with PHP. I have seen Hanzi rendered ?? when DBCS is assumed to be utf. Which can be inadvertently converted by forms in IE5, for example. I would guess that you need to flip a switch in Oracle.
