You are probably forgetting the odbc_fetch_row loop...
$connectionstring = odbc_connect("odbcsourcename", "", "");
$Query = "SELECT Row1, Row2 FROM TableName";
$queryexe = odbc_do($connectionstring, $Query);
while(odbc_fetch_row($queryexe))
{
$Row1 = odbc_result($queryexe, 1);
$Row2 = odbc_result($queryexe, 2);
print "$Row1 - $Row2\n";
}
odbc_close($connectionstring);
