That doesn't allow for adresses like You/Me@there.de, or du+ich@du.da or
me@stupid.info
Actually, I gave up on doing email format checks.... The only sure way
to test if a email address is correct, is by sending a mail to the
address and checking if you get a "manual" answer.
Anyhow, I found this beast in another mailing list. It's supposed to do
all kinds of checks (no, I do not understand it either....)
