I just gave a talk on this subject at the O'Reilly Conference in
Monterey. The slides are online at http://conf.php.net
Pick the advanced tutorial (ora2) and go to slide 20. It walks you
through using ext_skel to build an extension. Obviously, also read the
README.EXT_SKEL in the PHP source code.
