Ok I think this may be a bug but it looks like file_exists() does not pay
attention to the doc_root env var as include() does. I didn't see anything
in the file_exists() documentation and was wondering if I was just missing
something.
Also is there a way for a php doc to change it's doc_root? THe php
documentation for a compiled php binary says you can change the
$PHP_DOCUMENT_ROOT variable to do this but I can't seem to do it for a php
module. Anyone know of a way to do this. (I would like to root it further
into a directory structure /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/somephpstuff as opposed
to just /usr/local/httpd/htdocs but only for this particular application)
Thanks.
