What about this javascript solution?

"<script>document.location.href='whereiwanttogo.php3'</script>";
Is that abhorrent to the eye and heart? It does create a 'flash' as the page
is loaded, then the user is whisked off again.
I use a standard 'skeleton' which gets you past the <html> tag.... perhaps I
should rethink this.
