ODBC problem

Im developing a php system for LINUX and WINDOWS and using also for the
MS OS the apache WEB server! Here I have a problem to use the ODBC
database connection! The PHP comment
$con = odbc_connect("odbc_name","name","pass");
brings me the error
Warning: SQL error: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]Server rejected the connection.,
SQL state 08004 in SQLConnect in d:\programme\apache
group\apache\htdocs\php\index.php on line 26
The same script does with MS ISS Server perfretly but if I can prevent
it, I want use the Server.
