You'll need to determine WHY the server rejected the connection.
Could be that your database had too many connections to
it, although I'd think that the message would say that. MSSQL
reports that, but you didn't say you were using MSSQL, only
that you were using ODBC on Windows. What are you
connecting to? Access? SQL6.5? 7? Oracle? Sybase? Foxpro?
There's a lot of variables there. :)
