Yes, there is. 20 per site. The PHP manual has a URL detailing this and
cookie info in general under SetCookie.
Given that you can store tons of info in your MySQL database, one should do just fine.
That's what I'm doing.
There's also a limit on the total number of cookies, but I don't remember what it is.
