I'm having an odd sessions problem, I can create a session without any
problem but when I attempt to register a variable the value gets dumped.
I've checked the session file and the registered variable is there but it
does not have any assigned value.
For example:
<?php
session_start();
$foo++;
session_register("foo");
echo "Foo is: ".$foo;
?>
Results in a session file:
!foo|
This has got me totally stumped and any help would be greatly appreciated.
If it helps I'm using PHP 4.0.1pl2 on a Win2k box with IIS 5.0 and the
default config for sessions in php.ini.
thank,
-Colin
