If I understand you correctly, aPHP-based system we have developed may
be of interest: it allows users to upload arbitrary HTML to the server,
and this is embedded within a template for display. There are of
course worrisome security implications inherent in such a system,
and one reason we want to release this into the public domain as
soon as we find time to finish polishing up the docs. a bit, is to
get other brighter minds in the Open Source community working on
improving it. You can read just a bit about it by visiting:
