MySQL should handle the spanish characters just fine. I have several spanish websites with large dynamic content, including my corporate website (we have a spanish version) using MySQL With no special compile options. As far as I know PHP should be able to handle language fine; I did Radio Unica http://www.radiounica.com in PHP and have seen no issues with PHP or MySQL handling spanish data (RU's Phorum messageboard gets quite alot of traffic in spanish and no probs there). -Brendan ----- Brendan W. I'm not sure as to how to implement data entry of spanish characters into forms. Also do I need to make special configurations to my database to handle the spanish characters? I'm using MySQL as the database. Any help would be appreciated. -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, e-mail: php-general-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For additional commands, e-mail: php-general-help@lists.php.net To contact the list administrators, e-mail: php-list-admin@lists.php.net
