Using PHP globally

Is there a way to use php scrips globally. What I mean is I have a web hosting company and I would like to allow my customers to use some of my scripts like a File manager, counter, formmail, etc. all written in php. I don't want to have to set it up on each site. I would like to set them up in a directory that is global to the whole server. Thsi would be like setting up an allies in Apache for cgi programs and then all they have to do is call the script. Is this possible and what would I have to do to accomplish this Thanks Richard Kurth
