Hi,
When I thought about this, I found that if you don't use the safe mode, then
anyone can use the include(file) statement to basically read any file that
is readable by the webserver. So you either have to have different servers
running for each client like virtual hosting companies do, our you need to
run php as a cgi script instead of a module and use a wrapper to use suexec
to change to user the script runs as.
