Yeah, that was it, thanks everyone who contributed. Restarting the
webserver did the trick. So in conclusion, in the end I changed the
post_max_size and the upload_max_filesize. I left the memory_limit set to
default and all seems happy now.
Oh, I also took upload_max_filesize hidden tag out of my php file, I didn't
notice any performance difference either way.
