Just an idea - separate your data a bit. Instead of having initial
date, last contact(s) date(s) and interview date(s) in the same table
with all the other stuff separate it out as a "contact history" table.
Then you can actually track how many times you've contacted them, on
what dates, by what means, and so on. You can also drag out contact
history for any particular job.
