Side note: if apache is registered as a service, then it is a SYSTEM entity
and governed by SYSTEM privileges, right?
Since PHP is a module of apache, does this mean it inherits Apache's user
rights?
Sorry for the admin question, but i thought it was close enough to current
possible causes to make it worth mentioning (in case php can't write to the
c:\winnt\temp\sessions.txt due to permission problems).
