Segfault on RH6.1

Hi all. I've been using php3 for some time now, but upgrading to 4 has
been a nighmare. It builds and runs perfectly on my Slackware 3.6 box.
It also builds fine on RedHat 6.1, but does not execute. Any php code
causes the child apache process to segfault. I don't think its a bug,
but maybe some sort of RH specific tweak would help. Has anyone else
experienced this?
