Looks ok to me:
slrn 0.9.5.7 ** Press '?' for help, 'q' to quit. ** Server: news.php.net
-> 10 php.announce
46 php.test
20048 php.dev
68843 php.general
44 php.kb
124 php.beta
6683 php.version4
1466 php.mirrors
0 php.doc
1408 php.windows
1681 php.db
1557 php.install
24 php.migration
91 php.pear
13 php.template
42 php.i18n
1007 php.cvs
281 php.qa
Do yourself a favour and install slrn instead of trying to use
Netscape. However, shouldn't the URL be news://news.php.net
or
nntp://news.php.net for it to work with Netscape?
