This is what gets put in the makefile with my patch MC="d:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\bin\mc.exe" RC="C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\MSDev98\Bin\rc.exe" LD="d:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\bin\link.exe" I don't use the vars bat file, they are always in the enviroment. You see that rc.exe is not in with the others .. perhaps thats why?? -- regards, Tom
