It does work, actually - the var_dump($a) came good from the start. I just got scribble.php running here (after a fashion) with a few internals adjustments, but I'm not getting anything useful from GTK_POINTER_MOTION_HINT_MASK - so is_hint is NEVER true. Fixing that's way beyond my capabilities. gdk_window_get_pointer() apparently doesn't exist at all, which is pretty unhelpful :) I tried overriding it and got a bunch of errors related to the arg_info struct, whether I tried adding arg-info or not: gen_gdk.c ext\gtk+\gen_gdk.c(4450) : error C2065: 'zif_GdkWindow_get_pointer' : undeclared identifier ext\gtk+\gen_gdk.c(4450) : error C2099: initializer is not a constant ext\gtk+\gen_gdk.c(4450) : warning C4047: 'initializing' : 'struct _zend_arg_info *' differs in levels of indirection from 'unsigned int ' NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2' although the actual function declaration went through OK. I'll commit the rest of the event stuff tomorrow, still some bits to do there.
