did you say you had gtkscintilla.dll - the other ones look like they are dll's from pure scintilla (without the gtk wrapper)??
theres actually 2 parts to gtk'ing scintilla
scintilla the editor uses gtk/gdk or windows widgets to draw/render the window and do popups etc.
(this is 'raw' scintilla www.scintilla.org)
the gtkscintilla wraps the widget so that it has the same API as any other gtk widget, eg. it sends gtk signals, and
has a gtk_scinitlla_new() function, and all the methods map to an object'like model..
this is the gtkscintilla - from moleskine.
If you got that far - its probably worth bugging frank directly AFAIK hes one of the few that has successfully built php-gtk on windows :)

But I can't compile a working php-gtk, and don't know, what the problem is... Could somebody compile the extension dll for me, please? (I can send Scintilla.dll and SciLexer.dll and scintilla.lib, if needed) thanks, Doma
