fixing the versioning

Hi all, I _think_ I'm there - as in, everything appears to build as expected whether from cache or from scratch - but I'd like some confirmation of these figures. Elizabeth, do you have the coverage output from the build logs handy for 2.10? e.g. on my system, 2.6 build: ========================================================================
