Windows defines it as (for example) COMPILE_DL_HTML2 and nix defines it
as PHP_GTK_DL_HTML2 or something like that - I don't have time to look
it up at the moment but there was a thread on the mailing list about it.
So right now you can't compile php-gtk extensions shared on nix.
