[Patch] Compile php-gtk against PHP 5.3.6

Hello folks, the PHP people decided to change the define for ZEND_BEGIN_ARG_INFO and the *EX-friend to be static. This is the cause, why php-gtk will no longer compile against that version. Here is the patch to correct the behaviour in the generators and overrides. I decided to write a generic 5.3 patch which includes the patch by Fedora at FamilleCollet dot com: http://osdir.com/ml/php.gtk+.devel/2008-08/msg00006.html The main/phpg_gobject.c seems to be not generated. Please correct me, if I'm wrong. Please keep in mind to remove ext/scintilla/gen_scintilla.c before calling "make" to ensure it is re-generated. There are some issues in the sci_generator.php left, some warnings and a vardump/print_r. I don't know, what is expected there. Cheers Maik
