gdkpixbuf on win32 (revisited)

Using gdkpixbuf libs & headers from http://www.dropline.net/gtk/support.php got me to a slightly different place than before - I can't even build the .dll now :-( However it's worth noticing where it fails (and would fail to work even if the external symbols were found). There are NO 'render' methods in GTK2's version of pixbuf.
