PHP_GTK.DLL on Win32

Hi! I have php-gtk installed in two machines with win98. In the first machine, I didn't have installed php before and php-gtk works great (path: c:\php4); in the other machine, php-gtk doesn't work (path: c:\php). I always get the error "unable to load library php_gtk.dll". In both machines my php.ini have extension_dir = I set php_bin=the-path in both, but it doesn't work. What could be wrong ? What is the difference from one to another ? PWS was installed in the machine where php-gtk doesn't work. Thanks in advance !
