Your 100% right, Susan, as long as you're not building a webbrowser and needing the
server to access pages via hhtp :-)
you _can_ actually use the apache version of php to run php-gtk, when the webserver is on the same
machine, but this doesn't make sense.
normally, one would use the cgi version of php to run php-gtk progs.
php access should work the same way as with other php-cgi versions for windows, but i can't
really tell a lot about that.
