i have downloaded the 1.0 release from gtk.php.net site and i had that
problem.
i have used php and gtk-1.2 included into slackware-9.1 distro.
libglade-0.87 (i think... ) compiled from source. (but it isnt the problem).

if i use mailing list address into the field to: it reports me that my
message is looping (msg: "has my Delivered-To line. (#5.4.6)")
i used cc field to send (and "address to" clean).
