Hi,
I just started to work with php-gtk. At the moment I work on version 1.0.2.
And I have a problem reading the values from a combobox. To be precisly. I
have created a combobox where the user can choose an item. When he clicks on
Submit (a Button) the value of the selected Item should be proceed. But how
the hell do I get this selected Item. The Documentation of combobox just
list the following functions:
Methods
set_value_in_list()
Toggles whether entry value must be matched in list.
set_use_arrows()
Toggles whether list can be scrolled within entry box.
set_use_arrows_always()
Toggles whether entry box list-scrolling should loop.
set_case_sensitive()
Toggles whether matching should be case-sensitive.
set_item_string()
Sets string associated with list item.
set_popdown_strings()
Simple list construction.
disable_activate()
Here is the code I have made:
<?php
# ....
$a_options = array( "key" => "value", "php" => "gtk");
$customer = &new GtkCombo();
$customer->set_pop_down_string($a_options);
$hbox->add($customer);
#...
?>
Anyboy an idea?
Cheers jerik
