Remove any line feeds or spaces at the top of your script.

I've got a problem with Sessions in my php-installation (PHP(PHP 4.3.1
(cli)))
The problem is:
The script
<?php
session_start();
?>
Does not work. When I start it via "php filename.php" it returns:

Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent in
/www/htdocs/mp3/sessiontest.php on line 3

the script
<?php
setcookie("testcookie");
?>
works perfectly.
I checked the file for whitespaces, there are none. Anyone got any idea
where this error comes from?
