Problems compiling php --with-snmp

Hi, im trying to compile php with snmp support... my configure looks like the following: ./configure \ --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs \ --with-gd \ --with-png-dir=/usr \ --with-jpeg-dir=/usr \ --with-zlib-dir=/usr \ --enable-zlib \ --enable-track-vars \ --with-snmp=/usr/local \ --enable-ucd-snmp-hack \ --with-curl=/usr/local/curl \ --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl \ --with-freetype-dir=/usr/local/freetype2 \ i have net-snmp-5.0.8 installed at its default location... first the configure didnt work at all, failed with: snmp.c:25:29: net-snmp-config.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:62:18: asn1.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:63:22: snmp_api.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:64:25: snmp_client.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:65:23: snmp_impl.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:66:18: snmp.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:67:19: parse.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:68:17: mib.h: No such file or directory snmp.c:69:21: version.h: No such file or directory and loads of other errors... so i copied the relevant header files to the ext/snmp dir of the php dist after trying changing the path a number of times... but then i get make[3]: Entering directory `/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/snmp' /bin/sh /temp/php-4.2.3/libtool --silent --mode=compile gcc -I. -I/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/snmp -I/temp/php-4.2.3/main -I/temp/php-4.2.3 -I/usr/local/apache2/include -I/temp/php-4.2.3/Zend -I/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/my sql/libmysql -I/usr/local/include -I/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/xml/expat -D_REENTR ANT -I/temp/php-4.2.3/TSRM -DTHREAD=1 -g -O2 -pthread -DZTS -prefer-pic -c snmp.c && touch snmp.slo snmp.c: In function `zm_info_snmp': snmp.c:133: `VersionInfo' undeclared (first use in this function) snmp.c:133: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once snmp.c:133: for each function it appears in.) make[3]: *** [snmp.slo] Error 1 make[3]: Leaving directory `/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/snmp' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/temp/php-4.2.3/ext/snmp' make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/temp/php-4.2.3/ext' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 when doing a make, i tryed to find the zm_info_snmp function but i cant find it anywhere... anyone have any idea what to do? i really need the snmp stuff to work...
