Hi
I justed installed php on my pc yesterday. I got it working just fine with
my server (Orion java application server, win xp). Then I ran into a problem
when tryint to reach mysql on localhost:
Can't create TCP/IP socket (10091)
I can reach the server with winsql, java, and a few other apps, but PHP
gives me that. I even tried installing PhpMyAdmin, but it also gives the
error above so it can't be my code.
Please help me !
