PHP with jpeg support

I need compile php as a apache module with jpeg functions support.
I ru php configure as follows:
./configure --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 --with-mysql --with-
imap --enable-track-vars --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/src/jpeg-6b --with-
gd=/usr/src/gd-1.8.3 --with-t1lib
Then I make php and apache. When I run apache always function
OK but jpeg functions not.
Do anyone now what I have to do ?
