I searched the archives for this, and found these two: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-install&m=97432328817681&w=2 http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-install&m=96695825921371&w=2 and finally this: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-install&m=96420675218863&w=2 in which Rasmus says: ------ Try using --without-mysql If that solves it the problem is that your mysql client libs have been linked against pthreads. You need libs which are not linked against pthreads. The MySQL folks have promised me they will have non-threaded client rpms up on their site soon. Until that happens you can compile the client libs from the MySQL source tarball or from their srpm. -Rasmus ------- Good luck! >>> "Danyel Maus" <Danyel.Maus@marchFIRST.com> 12/13 11:05 AM >>> But I am using php4.0.3pl1 - i think it is a problem of the apache (1.3.14) ""Matt Schroebel"" <MSchroebel@hsus.org> schrieb im Newsbeitrag news:sa3757be.058@hsus6.hsus.org... Sorry, that was a typo, I meant php4.0.3pl1. You can read all about the free Zend optimizer here: http://www.zend.com/zend/optimizer/ but if you don't have it, that can't be the problem. >>> "Danyel Maus" <Danyel.Maus@marchFIRST.com> 12/13 10:57 AM >>> Where did You find php4.0.3pl2? On the PHP-page there is only the 4.0.3pl1 And what is the Zend-optimizer?
