php4.0.3pl1 for windows is missing the pws-php4.reg file. I've attached it for you, or you can
download php4.0.2, and extract it from there.

Must be the only one for there have been numerous posts to the group on this
issue with no valid answers.. sorry if I seem abrupt but it was something I
was very interested in using.. even bought a 20$ book etc..
ASP at least does work and installs easily without me getting into the
registry. I don't mind doing this but it shouldn't be necessary. The more I
look though the more I see that there are fewer php servers than there are
asp's so I guess I'm stuck with it.
